Enrollment of Shandong Yinhai Yacht Driver Training Center
China Shandong Yinhai Yacht Driver Training Center is the only one regularized yacht driver training school in China. It has complete teaching equipments, more than 30 practice yachts in variety, and modern dock and berth. What’s more, the school has strong teacher’s strength with over ten theoretical and practical teachers having middle and senior professional titles. The professor who has 40 years of experience in driving practice and teaching of navigation gives the lecture.
Qingdao undertakes the 2008 Olympic Regatta. According to the requirements of International Olympic Committee and International Sailing Federation, the undertaking city should provide more than 300 assistant yachts; and owns more than 400 watercraft drivers with rich driving technology. Under the municipal leaders’ direction “city of sail boat starts from Yinhai”, Shandong Yinhai Yacht Driver Training Center authorized by Shandong Maritime Bureau, Qingdao Maritime Bureau takes the training task.
According to the demands of “Peoples Republic of China Shandong Maritime Bureau Non-profit Yacht Driver’s Eligibility, Examine, Evaluation and Certificate Management Method (try out)”, people who want to apply for the non-profit yacht driver training and examining certificate should be accord with the following basic conditions and submit the following materials:
Firstly, men should be over 18 years old and less than 65 years old; women should be 18 years old and less than 60 years old.
Secondly, be accord with the standards for sailor’s physical examination.
Thirdly, prepare four chromo photographs in one inch with white background; two chromo photographs in two inches with white background
Fourthly, available ID card and one A4 copy.
Fifth, fill in the non-profit yacht driver certificate application.
Sixthly, fill in the qualified physical examination table of sailors to the hospital appointed by Maritime Bureau.
After the check out, training center will submit the report to Maritime Bureau. People after the training, and the examination and evaluation of Maritime Bureau can get the certificate.
