After 13 years’ untiring effort, Yinhai Group has grown up to the leader of marintime tourism and yacht industry in China. Today, the dream is coming true with the 2008 Water Olympic will be held in Qingdao and the establishment of Qingdao Yinhai International Yacht Club .
The construction of Qingdao Yinhai International Yacht Club started in March 2003. The whole operation has been guided by the strategy of Qingdao Municipal Government, which is “ building a sailing city should start from Yinhai”. Qingdao Yinhai Yacht Club has finally set up in the central part of Donghai Road, Qingdao’s golden coastline. Several world famed international palnning and designing institutions have made their contribution to the constructin of the club. The club has a land area of about 75000 Square meters and sea area of about 87000 Square meters with a total investment of about RMB 300,000,000. The club’s marina was built in accordance with the international standard, with 366 normal yacht berths, which were made and installed by Spanish company Aister Marine. 130 berths of the first phase have been finished in June 2005. The marina has the first-class comprehensive facilities for charging, refueling, fresh water filling, boat servicing and slip way, boating school and heliport are also available. On the land there is a full service facilities that can provide club members and sailors with services of restaurants, hotels, Karaoke, cafés, bars, fishing pool, beauty gyms, office centers, Sailor’s appartment, bathing and health centers, indoor swimming pool and yacht training school.
Yinhai Yacht Club is devoted to provide the customers with high quality and diversitfied life style; at the same time the club is determined to introduce and develop Ocean culture in China. Based on the advantages of Yinhai International Yacht Club，it will emphisise its business development in three major areas: firstly, building up a professional training center for 2008 water Olympic that will provide full service for the sportsmen on training, accommodation, travel, shopping and entertainment; secondly, establishing a yacht training school to serve the club memebers by using its extensive experience of operating Yinhai Geman Sea Tourism and Transportation Center; thirdly, setting up Yinhai International Sailing Club and water sports center. Yinhai Sailing Club is designed to train professional water sportsmen for the nation and to popularize sailing sports in China.
Today, the development of Yinhai International Yacht Club has drawn attention of international yachting industry, as a result, five international yacht dealers representing more than thirty different brands of yacht from all over the world have opened their sales offices in Yinhai Yacht Club selling those well known brands: Wally, Baglietto, Dalla Pirta, Aicon, Posillipo, Rizzarai, Primatist, Class, Ferretti of Italy; Storebro of Switzerland; Nimbus of Sweden; Nideio of Norway; Carver, Larson, Silverton, Regal, Sea Ray, Bayliner, Suntracker, Meridian, Mychat, Trophy, Baja, Maxum, Bustwhealer of the USA; Mustang of Australia; Bavaria of Germany; Facton of Spain; Jeanneal of France and Sunseeker and Pershing of Britian.
Experts in yacht industry have foreseen the fast growth in the coming years in China’s yachting market and Qingdao will be among the fastest growth market in China.
