1. Exhibition field and exhibition hall are planned, designed, disposed by General Assembly. The units who want to propaganda the advertisement outside the exhibition position or out of the exhibition hall should contact with exhibition center.
2. The disposal of the exhibition team should be in its own exhibition areas. Do not paste ads, pull banners, display tables, chairs and exhibition products, and distribute the publicity materials in the public alleyways.
3. Special equipment exhibition: no more than 6 meters in No1 Hall, no more than 6 meters in No.2 hall, no more than 4 meters in the east entrance hall, no more than 6 meters in No. 3 hall (no more than 5 meters in the red areas), no more than 5 meters in No. 4 hall.
4. Strictly prohibit nail up, make hole, paste, paint and use self-adhesive on the exhibition board, frame, constructions and facilities. Any damages should be compensated according to the original price.
5. The advertising light box on the column in the hall should not be sheltered at random. Otherwise, we will charge the prices according to the advertising prices. 6. Special exhibition positions should pay the exhibition platform’s special decoration construction management fees. The price is 10 Yuan per square meter each exhibition period. In the east entrance hall and crystal hall, the price is 20 Yuan per square meter each exhibition period, 5 Yuan per square meter outdoor.
7. Do not move and dismantle the standard exhibition position and the inner facilities built by General Assembly. Do not take away the tables, chairs and facilities for yourself at random. You should get the permission of General Assembly Office.
8. The exhibition project of exhibitors (contains floor plan, elevation, potential map, effect picture) can be carried out until the project is delivered to General Assembly Office in 15 days before the exhibition start. If you want to change the standard exhibition position, you should notify the General Assembly Office before ×month × day. You can not change without the permission. If you missed the date of notifying the General Assembly Office, any change will be charged the corresponded price.
9. If you want to rent the props, you should apply to the Exhibition Group before the exhibition. If your exhibition position need extra electrical installations, TV, video tape recorder, refrigerator, illumination and the other electrical installations, the cost will be charged in addition.
10. Transact the overtime procedure to Field Services Section of the Exhibition Center ahead if you would like to enter the exhibition field to construct ahead or work overtime during the exhibition.
11. Do not park vehicles, place advertisements, publicity, exhibition materials before the entrance, safe passage, fire-fighting equipment and power supply.
12. Exhibition ground load: in the No. 1 Hall, two-thirds area of the south hall can not afford the load no more than 5 tons per square meter. One-third area of the north hall (green ground) can not afford the load no more than 2 tons per square meter. The No. 2 hall can afford the load no more than 1 ton per square meter. The No. 3 hall can afford the load no more than 1.5 tons per square meter. The No. 4 hall can afford the load no more than 1 ton per square meter.
13. You can move the goods into the No.1 hall from the west. In the No. 2 hall, you can directly move the goods into the exhibition hall in the two goods elevators (5 tons load) in the north. And the goods can be moved by the vehicle road in the west of the exhibition hall to the entrance of No.2 hall, and then the goods are delivered by the unload platform into the exhibition hall. In the No.3 hall, you can transport goods by the unload platform in north; in No.4 hall, you can delivery the goods in the three goods elevators (5 tons load) in the north good loading area to the exhibition. Strictly prohibit to delivery the exhibition goods by passenger elevators and escalators.
14. No smoking and fire operation in the exhibition hall. Do not carry flammable, explosive, decomposed and metamorphic, radioactive and toxic substances in the exhibition hall.
15. You can apply for the procedures for temporary storage to organizing committee office if you do not move your goods back.
16. If the exhibitor finishes his work before the exhibition finished, he should leave person to look after his goods. The person can leave the exhibition hall after the hall closed.
17. The products and tools on the exhibition can be moved out of the exhibition hall until the organizing committee discharge the pass card.
18. Receive the construction certificate or display and move-out certificate. Each person has his own certificate. The person who alter or borrow his certificate will be driven out of the exhibition.
19. In order to protect the floor of the exhibition hall, do not push and pull the goods and iron goods on the floor directly.
20. Do not pull, hoist, and pile up the heavy objects on the facilities in the exhibition hall. If the heavy object suspension is needed in some special exhibition positions, the objects should be hanged on the U shaped hook on the top of exhibition hall. Do not hang the objects on the light frame, fire control pipeline. We will order the people who disobey the rules to stop their construction activities until the construction is qualified.
21. You should use the semi finished articles during your construction in the exhibition hall. Strictly prohibit using electric saw, planer, painting and the other construction methods which easily cause dust in large scale. Do not use the non-green decoration materials.
