1) The time of move out is arranged by organizing committee. The products on the exhibition can not be moved at random without the permission of organizing committee.
2) The establishments and propaganda posters should be cleared by the exhibitors. Otherwise, the exhibitor can no get the certificate of going out of the exhibition. The damaged facilities should be compensated according their original price.
3) Do not sell products in the exhibition hall.
4) If someone wants to take the exhibition products to go out of the exhibition hall during the exhibition, he need to show the certificate which is signed up by exhibition service department given by his exhibitor.
5) No smoking and noise in the exhibition hall.
6) If you have the difficulties in the aspects of heavy machinery and packaging transportation, please contact with exhibition service department before you move out the exhibition.
7) You should get the pass card to take the exhibition products. There are two pass cards in the same style. The first one is left in the exhibition, and the other one is the pass card.
8) After all the products are moved out of the exhibition hall, the exhibitors should not leave in the hall. We will consider the products that nobody cares about as the abandoned products. The products will be dealt with by the exhibition center.
